    Lindsey is a proficient bilingual clinician actively pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is on the path to licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. A Latino Addiction Counselor Education Program graduate, she is fluent in Spanish and English. Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lesley University. Her clinical acumen is rooted in her extensive experience in addressing depression, anxiety, grief, and addiction. She employs a diverse therapeutic approach, incorporating psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and Mindfulness practices to facilitate client healing and resilience.
