Jon Van Rader, Sr. is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 and DOT SAP, licensed by the state of Massachusetts. He has over 15+ years of experience in Substance Abuse Treatment and Behavioral Health Counseling. Jon is skilled in developing individualized treatment plans with patient/client collaboration and provides full interdisciplinary assessments of patient/client’s symptoms. Jon assesses substance misuse disorder in an integrated context and utilizes Evidence-Based Methods of treatment interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Motivational Interviewing Strategies and techniques. Jon has worked with individuals, couples, and families in office, nursing home and hospital settings and continues to work with a diverse group of practitioners in providing services to individuals at multiple levels of care including Detox, CSS, Partial-Hospitalization (PHP), Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) facilities.
