Kaitlyn (they/them/theirs) is a passionate, committed, thoughtful mental health professional. They graduated from Lesley University in 2017 with a degree in Mental Health Counseling and a specialization in Art Therapy. Kaitlyn is a lifelong artist and earned an MFA in Ceramics in 2012 from Temple University. They bring a creative spirit to the counseling process, whether that’s through art making in session, or supporting clients in reframing challenges. Kaitlyn views the therapeutic relationship as highly collaborative- the client is an expert on themselves and their experiences, the therapist works to support and hold space for the healing process. Kaitlyn prides themself on their ability to meet people where they are and support taking steps on their healing journey.
Kaitlyn has worked in many different settings and areas of specialty include: trauma, mood disorders, neurodivergence, learning, intellectual, and developmental disability, as well as supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals. Kaitlyn is kink and polyamory friendly. They have a particular specialty in serving adolescents and young adults. They are queer and neurodivergent and uses their experience to deepen their empathy.
